While we accept most items in pre-loved condition, there are some items we cannot take. Please see our lists below.

I don’t think my stuff is worth anything… Is it worth donating?
Yes! We are incredibly grateful for every donation that supports the mission of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago. whether your items are sold in our thrift stores to fund our programs or are provided directly to neighbors in need at no cost, your pre-loved belongings can make a meaningful impact. That sweater you no longer wear, the kitchenware gathering dust, or the household items you no longer need can become a source of comfort, dignity, and hope for someone else. Every donation has a value, and every donation truly makes a difference.
My donations won’t fit in my car. Can I schedule a pickup?
Yes! The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago has partnered with ReSupply for picking up your donations. For more information, click here
