With the biggest professional football game of the year just a few weeks away, we are gearing up to “Tackle Hunger and Homelessness” with a popular “Fun”raiser to help our homeless and hungry Friends in Need.
On Superbowl Sunday, many families and friends get together, huddle around the TV and cheer on their favorite team to be the next Superbowl Champions! So why not have fun and help others at the same time?
Join the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago in “Tackling Hunger and Homelessness Together in 2026!” With the growing number of people in need of food, clothing, shelter and assistance in Cook and Lake Counties, the Society is stepping up its game to provide for our neighbors most in need. We hope that you will huddle together with us and participate in our Superbowl Squares games!
If you already know how to play this popular Superbowl Squares “Fun”raiser, then scroll to the bottom and click on the pool you want to play.
Here’s How it Works:
We have two different pools ($10 Pool – Green Box / $25 Pool – Blue Box). Our game strategy is, once we fill a sheet, and there’s still enough time, we will start another sheet of the same dollar amount.
By clicking on the appropriate green or blue box at the bottom, you can select which pool you want to participate in. You can play in as many pools as you want and purchase as many squares as you want.
Let’s say you’ve opted to play in the $10 pool (green box below) and you want to get 3 squares. Three squares will cost $30.
** Click on the green box below which will take you to the donation screen. ** Once you are on the donation screen you can select the $10 for one square, or you can put a dollar amount in the blank box for how many squares you would like to participate in.
Example: You want to play 3 squares. 3 squares x $10/square is $30. You would enter $30 in the blank box on your donation screen.
- Continue through the rest of the form and fill it out completely with all your information.
- Once you’ve completed and submitted your form, SVdP receives an email notification. Through this notification, we know exactly which pool you are in and how many squares you purchased.
- We will then enter your name in an online squares pool name generator form (easyofficepools.com) the appropriate amount of times that you paid for.
Example: $30 gives you 3 squares, so your name will be entered 3 times.
An online name generator will randomly assign your name to boxes and numerically insert the numbers 0-9 once and only when the sheet is completely sold.
(This same process is used for both the $10 and $25 pools)
Click on the appropriate box below: Green $10 or Blue $25. You will then be directed to the appropriate donation page to purchase your Superbowl squares!
Individual Pool Breakdown:
$10 Squares – $1,000 Total Pool (green)
$25 Squares – $2,500 Total Pool (blue)
50% of each pool will be divided as follows:

Prizes are awarded at the end of each quarter (See prize amounts above).
The last digit of each team’s score is used to determine the winner for each quarter.
On Friday, February 6, 2026, we will email you a copy of the squares sheet so you can follow along with the game. Please ensure when filling out the form you include your email address so we can send you the sheet.
If you do not see the sheet in your “In-Box”, please check your “Spam”, “Junk” or “Other” folders.
If you are a winner and choose to donate your winnings to our Tackle Hunger & Homelessness cause, simply click the following link: “I am donating my WINNINGS to help “Tackle Hunger”! Please don’t forget to include your name, address and phone number. Otherwise, winnings will be mailed to winners by Monday, February 16, 2026.
